Salmon coated in potato starch and deep-fried until crispy. On top of rice, we place onions, cabbage, mizuna, pumpkin, and carrots, boiled and flavored. Two pieces of salmon are added, and it's topped with a special miso mayo sauce. Served with soup and pickles.
